Please join Starved Rock Audubon for our annual Hummingbird Festival at Starved Rock State Park located at Starved Rock Visitor Center. There will be nature activities for the whole family as well plenty of hummingbirds for easy viewing.
Vern Kleen, ornithologist and retired IDNR employee will be also on hand.
Highlights Include:
- Hummingbird talk/presentation by Vern from 11am-12pm
- Banding of live hummingbirds from 1pm-4pm
